Victoria is a Librarian I at the University of Embu and has over fifteen years’ progressive experience as an information professional. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Information and Library management from University of Northumbria at Newcastle (UK). Currently, she ispursuing a PhD in Information and Knowledge Management at Technical university of Kenya.
She has strong interest in user behaviour, user satisfaction, and service quality in libraries, She is passionate about enhancing user-centered services in information environments and has a focus on understanding how libraries can meet the evolving needs of their users through effective service delivery.
Her main duties include: Deputize the University Librarian, Preparing library budgets, Coordinating selection, acquisition and processing of information materials, Planning and participating in Library User Education Programmes coordinates user services among other duties.
