Caroline Gakii Mutegi is an accomplished Library and Information Science professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in academic and institutional information management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science (Records Management) from Moi University and a Diploma in Information Studies from the Kenya School of Professional Studies.

Caroline has extensive expertise in cataloguing, classification, indexing, and digital records management, and is proficient in systems such as KOHA and AMLIB. Passionate about digital transformation, research support, and lifelong learning, she is dedicated to promoting excellence in knowledge organization and service delivery.
