Commission for University Education held a workshop for University Librarian at Kenya School of Government (EMBU) which brought together university Librarians from public and private universities to assess library readiness to support CBE implementation in Kenya Universities.

The key focus were how to transform library spaces to support collaboration and innovation, strengthen ICT infrastructure, diversifying collections to include digital, multimedia, indegenous knowlegde and experimental resources. The workshop also reviewed the CUE library Standards (2014) for alignment with CBE and introduced a revised monitoring and evaluation tool for quality assurance
