Circulation Services
The Circulation Section is the primary point of contact for library users seeking access to information resources. The section is responsible for the borrowing, returning, renewal, reservation, and management of library materials, ensuring that students, staff, and researchers have equitable access to the University’s information resources.
Borrowing and Returning Library Materials
The library provides borrowing services to registered students, staff, and authorized users. Members may borrow books and other eligible materials for a specified loan period in accordance with the Library Borrowing Policy.
Renewal and Reservation of Books
Library users may renew borrowed materials if the items have not been reserved by another user. Renewals help users extend their loan periods without physically returning the materials.
User Registration and Account Management
All students, staff, and authorized users are required to register with the library to access borrowing privileges and other library services.
Clearance Services for Students and Staff
The library participates in the University clearance process by verifying that users have returned all borrowed materials and settled any outstanding obligations.
